In-store pickup is disabled until the reopening of our three stores until February 7, 2021.
In-store pickup allows you to order products on our website and have them delivered to our Quebec or Lévis stores. This option does not include shipping fees, including for our oversized products.
When you place an order and choose the in-store pickup option, you will receive two automated emails. The first email will inform you that your order has been received. The second email will inform you that your order has been prepared and it is ready to be picked up at the store.
It is important to wait for this second email before going to the store. Allow two business days for the preparation of your order and receipt of this email.
An ID will be requested when you pick your order in the store.
Boats purchased on our website can only be picked up in the store, delivery is not possible at the moment. Certain conditions for the storage and cancellation of boat orders apply.
A 72h notice is required for any boat pickup. For a pickup at the Quebec store, contact (418) 529-0024 #709. For a pickup at the Lévis store, contact (418) 834-0024 #406. You can also send a notice by email to email@example.com.
Dangerous or fragile products
Some specific products can not be delivered by our transport partners, for example fuel bottles or animal urine.
